The USU Card is your passport to campus while at USU.  Student spouse can gain access to campus by paying the Student Spouse fee each semester at the Registrar's Office.  It grants the spouse into Campus Resources, such as Computer Labs, Library, Campus Recreation and all Athletic events for that semester.

The USU Card is your passport to campus while at USU. It allows you access to Campus Resources, offers debit accounts to use at stores and restaurants on campus, Library, HPER Building, Fieldhouse (lower level), Wellness Center, 10% discount at the USU bookstore, 10% discount on dining purchases, but CANNOT be used to gain access to Basketball and Football games.

 

 

 

Where do I get my card?

Your USU Spouse ID Card can be obtained in the USU Card Office. TSC Room 212.

 

How much does it cost?

$15 with valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport).

 

Lost Card?(STUDENT SPOUSE CARD) - You must be married to a registered USU student to get your card.  You will need pay the $40 spouse fee at the Register's Office and present your receipt at the Card Office.  It takes 24 hours after your fees have been paid to activate your card.

 

Lost Card?(FACULTY/STAFF SPOUSE CARD) - You must be a spouse of a USU Faculty or Staff Employee to get your card.  Bring an employment verification slip from Human Resources. You may need to allow 2 to 4 business days after HR processes your spouse's new hire paperwork before visiting our office. You can contact HR at (435) 797-0216.
