Faculty/Staff USU Card
The USU Card is your passport to campus while at USU. It allows you access to Campus Resources, offers debit accounts to use at stores and restaurants on campus, but CANNOT be used to gain access to Basketball and Football games.
Where do I get my card?
Your Faculty/Staff USU Card can be obtained in the USU Card Office. TSC Room 212.
How much does it cost?
$15 with valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport).
You must be a USU Faculty or Staff Employee to get your card. Bring an employment verification slip from Human Resources. You may need to allow 2 to 4 business days after HR processes your new hire paperwork before visiting our office. You can contact HR at (435) 797-0216.
