What Is My USU ID Card and What Can It Be Used For?

Your ID Card is your passport to campus while at USU. It allows you access to Campus Resources and can store money for use at stores and restaurants on campus, but CANNOT be used to gain access to Basketball and Football games. 
How Can I Get My USU ID Card? 
 
To get your ID Card, you must be a USU Faculty or Staff Employee and bring a verification slip from the Human Resourses Department. Visit the USU Card Office on the second floor in the TSC, room 212, with your verification slip, $15.00, and a valid picture ID (driver’s license or passports). Please allow 2 to 4 business days after processing your HR paperwork before visiting our office. Your spouse will qualify for a ID card as well. Please see Faculty/Staff Spouse section.
 
How Do I Put Money on My ID Card?
 
You can deposit money in your Aggie Express Account on your USU ID Card either online or in person.  To put money in your Aggie Express Account, you can go to ‘Deposit Money on my Card,’ located in the right navigation menu on this website or you can come to the Card Office on the second floor in the TSC, room 212, and deposit in person.

USU Bookstore (10% discount available)
Theatre Arts (Occasional discounts available)

Food Locations: (When using money from your Aggie Express Account, you get a discount at the marked locations)     

The HUB (10% discount available)
Aggie Marketplace (10% discount available)
Quad Side Café (10% discount available)
The Skyroom Restaurant (10% discount available)
